Testing strategy

Can we test this by having a nixos vm test that spins up a real instance of GitLab, then another vm that spins up that has the agents defined in it? Then test that the devops guy can add everyone to the GitLab. How would we test this? @bossypants @fancypants @smartypants @nastypants
