Summary

  • Bumps gitlab-ci from 0.18.1 to 0.19.0 in the root flake.nix input URL and updates flake.lock accordingly.
  • Updates the remote include URL in .gitlab-ci.yml to reference the 0.19.0 tag.

This is Tier 1 work from the consistency audit tracked in horizon-flake-parts!28 (merged), ensuring all repos are aligned with the Nixica Unification 1.0 gitlab-ci version.
