Post-0.17.1 improvements

Improvements and fixes after 0.17.1 release.

Changes

• Remove before_script: cd . from test golden files (no longer generated in 0.17.0+)
• Update cachix test to use "horizon" cache instead of "test-cache"
• Rename test: it-deduplicates-module-imports → it-can-be-imported-twice for clarity
