Add deduplication keys to all gitlab-ci modules

Summary

  • Add key attribute to all 12 gitlab-ci modules so they can be imported multiple times without duplicate option errors
  • Fixes issue where both nixica-ci and horizon-ci import the same modules (e.g. flake)
