Summary

  • Bumps gitlab-ci from 0.18.0 to 0.19.0 in dev/flake.nix (flake input URL) and .gitlab-ci.yml (remote CI template include URL)
  • Updates dev/flake.lock to reflect the new gitlab-ci revision
  • Part of Tier 1 work from the Nixica Unification 1.0 consistency audit tracked in horizon-flake-parts!28 (merged)
