Summary

  • Update nixica to 0.9.0
  • Adopt named-arg mkFlake API
  • Remove dev/ partition directory
  • Remove gitlab-ci from root inputs (CI provided by nixica fallback)
  • Use nixica-ci module with root.enable for test flake discovery
  • Convert legacy test/smoke-test from raw flake-parts to nixica
